Returns and Exchanges

At IceStars, we strive to provide you with high-quality figure skating apparel that meets your expectations. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy to ensure your satisfaction.

1. Returns and Exchanges Eligibility:

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items purchased directly from IceStars.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

2. Initiating a Return or Exchange:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via the contact form. Use “Returns and Exchanges” subject to help us assist you quicker. Please, specify you order number in your request, which item you would like to return or exchange and the reason.

3. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
  • IceStars is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.

4. Refunds and Exchanges Processing:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • If the item is not in its original condition or does not meet the return eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange.

5. International Returns:

For international returns, customers are responsible for all shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes associated with the return.
